Every batch of prints we produce undergoes four critical internal checks before leaving our workshop:
Mechanical & Stress Testing Passed
We perform regular destructive and load testing on sample parts. This ensures excellent layer adhesion so that items won't easily snap, break, or create sharp, hazardous edges under normal use.
Chemical & Material Safety Certified
We source raw filaments and resins exclusively from reputable, accredited suppliers. We make sure are filament is compliant with EN71-2 standards to ensure our materials are free from harmful heavy metals or banned toxins.
Dimensional Accuracy Checks Verified
Using digital calipers and high-precision Go/No-Go gauges, we verify that prints perfectly match design tolerances. This eliminates friction hazards or loose fits in moving assemblies.
Thermal Stability Inspection Tested
For items intended for environments exposed to warmth (like automotive parts or tech enclosures), we test the heat deflection points to prevent warping, melting, or failure during operation.
